Delivery
At Irsa, we offer worldwide delivery. For both local and international shipping, Ninja Van/Pos Laju/Aramex Malaysia is our shipping partner. Your purchase will be shipped to you in 2 – 4 days from the day we receive the payment. You can track your shipping by visiting our respective partners’ website by entering your tracking number.
We process and ship all our orders 3 days a week, with the exception of weekends and Public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Returns
To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. You have 3 days to exchange an item for a different size, if it’s the same price or less. We do not accept changes within different design and category. Unfortunately, no refund, unless the product has defect or mistake made on our side. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Note that final discount items do not qualify for return.
